Upon completion of the Project, we offer a 24 hours a day, 365 days a year cover in the form of a maintenance agreement. This offers servicing and a call-out response in line with SSAIB requirements for Intruder, Fire, Access Control and CCTV Systems in a highly organised and efficient manner. Tailored Fire & Security adopt the latest office based technology to ensure all on-site repairs and remedial works are undertaken promptly. This provides the end user, with confidence to ensure the integrity of your premises is maintained and system downtime is kept to the absolute minimum.
Tailored Fire & Security operates and is certified to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 in the administration and management, Installation and Servicing of all the above systems.
